Confusion on update plus problem with Youtube music

I, like others who have asked, have done the over the air update last week. The question has been asked several time but not answered, is this downloadable update any different? Also, after doing the ota update, when playing youtube music, while a song is playing the artwork is properly displayed, but only for a short period of time, then the screen changes to something written in all chinese or korean and stays on that until you physically touch the screen, then it changes back to the cover art, but, once again, only for a short period, then back to the unknown screen. Anyone else experiencing this and is there a fix. So far the customer support seems to sorely lack, and when there is a reply it does not seem to be very helpful. How about someone from the company who knows what they are talking about, addressing peoples problems and give some sort of updates as to what's known, what's being addressed, and what or when the potential fix may happen. I don't think a little organized and knowledgeable feedback is too much to ask for.
