A warning to one and all — if you bluetooth pair your CarDongle with your phone (for internet sharing) and decide, later, you want to disable it there’s no way to do so.
I’ve tried everything, from the obvious (trash can) on their settings, to sneaking into the Android settings and trying to forget it from there, etc. I’ve even done a text search of all (non-root) files to find my Bluetooth MAC address or name and can’t find it.
If you just forget the pairing on your phone, it’ll prompt you to re-pair every 10 seconds or so. You can (through Android settings) disable bluetooth altogether, but then there’s no audio for your actual device.
For now, I recommend letting your phone connect (ugh) but just disabling every bluetooth feature in it. At least that way it won’t be prompting every 10 seconds.
BUG to fix: Allow people to permanently forget a bluetooth pairing
