My sister has a Toyota Corolla 2020, with a touch screen on the overhead screen, now android auto is there but is disabled, it was never updated to be used, and I believe Toyota doesn’t plan to update it to work, but carplay works perfectly fine, however she has a android phone. I seen under Toyota compatibility list that 2020 corolla is not there, but read on a article that mentions either having android auto or carplay. I just came across this product and was wondering if this would work at all with this car, would it work with carplay button instead of the android auto?TommyKeymasterNovember 1, 2020 at 4:13 pmPost count: 161
You will need to activate Android Auto to be able to use CarDroid. You have a touchscreen which is the second requirement. Hopefully, you can get that update for Android Auto so that you can use CarDroid!
